At Jewel of Asia, we make receiving your favourite products easy, safe, and convenient. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process.

Temporary Shipping Rate Update (Effective 30th March)


Due to increased fuel levy and rising transport costs, our shipping rates have been temporarily updated until further notice.

New Shipping Charges:

  • Minimum Order – $79.99 (unchanged)
  • Orders between $80 to $99.99 → $14.99 shipping fee
  • Orders $100 and above → $9.99 shipping fee

We’ve introduced this temporary adjustment to continue delivering your meals fresh and on time. We appreciate your understanding and will review these charges once the situation stabilises.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver once a week.

  • Order Cut-Off: All orders must be placed by Sunday midnight for delivery the following week.

  • Delivery Days: Depending on your location, your order will arrive on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

  • Confirmation: You’ll receive an email after placing your order to confirm your delivery day.

Packaging & Transport

  • All orders are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep products fresh.

  • Orders are transported using refrigerated delivery vehicles.

  • If you’re not home at the time of delivery, our drivers will leave your parcel in a safe location at your doorstep.

  • Please refrigerate immediately upon receiving your order.

  • Delivery times may vary during public holidays or peak seasons.

  • If you have special delivery instructions, please add them during checkout.
