Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Jewel of Asia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully.
1. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Orders can only be cancelled or edited before they are processed for shipment.

Once your order has been packed or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

2. Refunds

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after placing an order.

Order Errors: If you notice an error in your order, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before shipping.

Incorrect or Damaged Items: If the meal you receive is different from what you purchased online, arrives damaged, or is otherwise not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to your original payment method.

3. Shopify Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed via Shopify’s secure payment system.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) used at checkout.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but generally take 3–10 business days.
4. Consumer Rights
This policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if the goods you receive:
